Hi my name is Kurt Henning, I saw Sid Dixon after his lifestyle change, he had changed so much that I almost didn't recognize him. That's something as I have known Sid for 10 years or more. He looked great and he took me under his wing and told me about the Slowcarb living plan. I am not on the internet so Sid met with me a couple of times to go over the whys of the plan. When I started the slowcarb plan I weighed 414 lbs after 7 weeks I dropped down to 380 lbs and still going down. I am eating more at this time because I have food and weight on my mind. I am feeling great and still dropping weight. I am starting to notice that my food portions' are getting smaller and I am still full. It's not a diet it's a way of life. You feel great, eat great, and start to look great
